Approach

Overview

Our approach integrates Business Change and Technology Exploitation through two interdependent cycles of activity as shown in the diagram above.

We use a structured approach to project and programme management based on Prince 2 and the MSP (Managing Successful Programmes) framework.

Succesful outcomes are highly dependent on addressing the human factors associated with change. Planning and execution of effective communications is vital to this and constitiutes a major element of our approach.
